Unless otherwise indicated, retreats are booked through Yatra Yoga International (YYI). Numbers are always limited so early booking is highly recommended. Please contact us first to register your interest and check availability. For your convenience and security, retreats may be paid on-line or by phone using a credit card, or via check by mail.

• What's always included: All retreats include accommodation, some meals (varies from 1-3 per day), yoga classes and cleaning services.


• What's sometimes included: Taxes, tips, airport transfers, spa services, and guided eco-tours. See retreat description to see what applies to your particular retreat.


• What's never included: Airfare, alcohol, or specialty drinks (smoothies, etc.)


• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place. Make careful note of the cut-off payment dates listed in the retreat description.


• Final payment: Final payment is due 60 days prior to the retreat to confirm your place. If final payments are not received when due, Yatra Yoga International reserves the right to cancel your reservation and accept new reservations for your space.


• Refund/cancellation policy: All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are transferable to another retreat if cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to the start of the retreat. Absolutely no deposit, refund or payment transfers will be made if cancellation is received after the 60-day deadline.


• Credit Cards: Retreat payments may be made online using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Note that some retreat locations may only take cash for additional charges or incidentals, please check with our staff in advance.


• Substitutions: Wherever possible your requests will be accommodated. We reserve the right to refuse if we are unable to comply for any reason.


• Changes/Retreat Cancellations: Yatra Yoga International reserves the right to make modifications and/or changes in the retreat program and/or accommodations as is deemed necessary. We also reserve the right to cancel any retreat. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, you may opt to transfer to another YYI retreat or receive a full refund of the money you have paid. YYI is not responsible for any consequential expenses or damages incurred as a result of any cancellation, including, but not limited to costs spent in preparation, non-refundable or penalty-carrying airline tickets, special clothing, visa and passport fees, lost income and any other related losses or expenses.


• Safety/Assumption of Risk: YYI is committed to the safety of all its guests, though guests must acknowledge and assume the risks involved in all travel. YYI is not responsible for any unexpected occurrences, including those rendered by weather, political conditions, local infrastructure, wildlife or acts of God.


• Travel Documents and Insurance: It is the responsibility of each traveler to learn about and obtain all required travel documents, vaccinations, etc. for travel to the chosen destination. YYI is not responsible for any delays or cancellations due to client's lack of proper travel documents. In addition, YYI recommends Access America for your travel insurance needs.
